Q: How do I download the software? What platform is supported?
A: Please go to the Gaming Floor and download FREE 3D multi-media software from either of the two download locations. Once it is on your desktop, simply click on it and it will install itself. We only support Windows 95 and Windows NT. No plans for Windows 3.1 or Apple ports are made at this time. You should also have Desktop resolution set to at least 800x600.
Q: I installed it, but I can't play on-line...
A: Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet before you start the Casino. (for example start Netscape, Internet Explorer or other browser, and see if you can browse, then exit or minimize the browser and start the Casino). There are special instructions for AOL users:
1. Connect to AOL as you usually do.
2. Click on the Web browser icon ("GLOBE" icon) to start the World Wide Web browser.
3. Minimize AOL and start the Casino.
Q: My window does not show all of the buttons...
A: Your screen resolution is probably set to 640X480. You need to make an adjustment to your Display settings. Click "Start" button and select "Settings" then "Control Panel." On the menu, select "Display." On the next menu, click on the "Settings" selection and slide the "Desktop area" lever to a bigger size (800X600 is good). Then click OK and confirm the next couple of menus.
Q: What is the difference between ZERO and REAL chips?
A: ZERO chips are solid red and are free. They are provided for your entertainment and practice. The REAL chips are white with red, blue or green numbers on them. They represent U.S. dollars. You have to be on-line to be able to play with REAL chips. You have to buy REAL chips using any of the payment methods. When you cashout REAL chips, you will receive the credit on your credit card or bank account or a check via mail.
Q: How do I cashout and how long it takes?
A: Cashout is simple. You click on the Cashout button and all the chips are credited back to you. The credit reaches you in 3 days (to your credit card), 7-14 days (by check).
Q: I made several cashouts and purchases but my bank shows only one transaction...
A: That's right. We add all of your purchases and cashouts for the day and process the total amount.
Q: Is it legal for me to play?
A: We are not in a position to give specific legal advice on every jurisdiction in the world. We would like to warn you, however, that it may be ILLEGAL for you to participate in your jurisdiction. Please check your local laws and proceed only if LEGAL at your own discretion.
Q: Daily limit is too small for me!
A: The limits on credit card purchases will remain low until secure credit card
transactions will come into effect. If you need an occasional gambling spree, then money order, wire transfer or Western Union are sound choices. If, however, you often need to gamble with high amounts, then we strongly recommend selecting payment via electronic link to your bank account. The daily limits can be increased upon your request.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: All routine requests including statement questions, are handled via email . "Contact Us" button in your Casino software should be primarily used to report bugs/suggestions. In difficult cases we can call you upon email request and resolve any problems immediately. In cases of genuine emergency we will provide you with 24-hour phone number. However, we rarely exercise this option in order to provide most efficient support to all of our
customers.
